This store is operated by OLUWATIMILEHIN ADEYEMI. NexaCore IT is the technology brand used on this storefront, and eCash identifies certain payment- and wallet-related products.

Orders and scope

Placing an order is a request to purchase the selected product or service. For custom implementation work, the applicable scope, deliverables, dependencies, timeline and acceptance criteria are those stated on the product page, order confirmation, proposal, statement of work or other written agreement accepted for the engagement.

Payments

Payments must be completed through checkout methods made available by the store. Third-party payment providers and platforms may apply their own terms, fees, processing rules and availability requirements.

Digital delivery and onboarding

NexaCore launch offers are digital services and do not require physical shipping. After an accepted order, onboarding, access requirements, dependencies and the applicable delivery schedule are confirmed through the agreed digital channel. A product page, proposal or statement of work may provide more specific delivery terms and takes precedence for that engagement.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, timely decisions and authorized access reasonably required for the agreed work. Customers must not submit credentials through unsecured channels or request unauthorized access to third-party systems.

Acceptable use

NexaCore products and services must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, infringement, unauthorized access or circumvention of security or approval controls.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing NexaCore software, frameworks, methods, templates and reusable components remain the property of their respective owner unless a written agreement expressly transfers rights. Rights in customer-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable order or implementation agreement.

Third-party services

Some implementations depend on Shopify, cloud providers, payment providers or other third-party services. Their availability, approval requirements and functionality remain subject to their own systems and terms.

Changes and service availability

We may update storefront information or these terms as our services evolve. Changes do not remove rights or obligations that have already accrued under an accepted order except as permitted by applicable law or agreed in writing.

Applicable law and mandatory rights

These terms operate subject to applicable mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
